MERCY ANANDA, a deep interest in the ancient texts of yoga combined with the guidance of wonderful teachers – Baba Hari Das, Sri Swami Satchidananda, and Amma – have helped form the basis of what I share. I lead Bhakti workshops that explore the yoga of devotion through creative expression, where we learn mantra chanting, kirtan, yoga instruments and include sound healing practices with Tibetan bowls and bells. It is a great pleasure for me to share the practices of yoga with you; to bring the ancient and the modern together and find our way with them – and to experience insightful and delightful times together as we explore.

Restorative Yoga

Gentle Restorative Yoga poses, accompanied by a live soundscape Crystal and Tibetan Bowls. These sounds help you enter into a very relaxed theta state, where deep transformation and healing occur in the subconscious mind. Releases stress, resets and lifts your vibration, and assists in maintaining and restoring mind, body, and spirit health.

Sound Healing & Meditation

A Sound Bath is a dreamy experience where tuning forks, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, shakers, and other instruments are played intuitively. A Sound Bath promotes deep relaxation and peace. It brings a contemplative inner awareness of the now and helps to open the body’s energetic system. Enjoy and learn to create a transformative Sound Bath experience.

Sound Bath Journeys take you into a world of sound magic and transformational healing. The meditation brings you into your loving kindness and compassion.
